Individual coaching hours include any type of coaching (executive, leadership, life, etc). These coaching hours do not generally contain curriculum or assessments. However you may receive some free coaching tools as decided by your coach.
The coaching engagements may be face-to-face, via phone, or by video conference depending on your preference and geographical location.
Executive Coaching Hours
Refers to hourly coaching rates for individuals in an executive level position (President, CEO, HR Director, etc).
Non-Executive Coaching Hours
Refers to hourly coaching rates for non-executive individuals such as aspiring executives, managers, supervisors, etc.
Clergy Coaching Hours
This rate applies primarily to pastors but can sometimes be applied to other non-profit individuals on a case to case basis.
