Facilitation Skills - Managing Desirable Outcomes

Strong facilitators are able to get great results, build momentum, get emotional buy in, enhance productivity, and increase morale. Being able to facilitate well is a great asset in every area of life: family, community, business, etc.
Facilitation is the art (and skill) of being able to manage a conversation (1-on-1, meetings, presentations, sales, conflict, mediation, and even speeches) in such a way that:

  • All parties feel they were heard
  • All parties involved feel they were treated fairly
  • There is alignment in all parties
  • General unity is obtained/increased
  • The desired result is obtained

Good facilitation techniques empower the facilitator to move efficiently (quickly) and effectively (get the best/desired result). To facilitate well, one may use some of the following skill sets:

In fact, we create corporate "Leadership Universities’ and "Coaching Universities" in companies and take small groups of managers and leaders through customized 2-year programs. About Leadership Coaching

All of the leadership coaching packages include the following:
- One or Two engagements depending on client’s needs
- Two hours of coaching (via phone or video)

This coaching does not include assessments (e.g. Myers-Briggs, WorkPlace Big 5 Profile, Thomas-Kilman Conflict, xSAIL Transformation, DiSC, 360’s, etc). We do however have these and many other assessments available for purchase.
